LifeOS stores the data you enter (check-ins, habits, money records, journal entries, chat messages) in a Cloudflare D1 database to provide the service. Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256; sessions are signed tokens.

AI features send the minimum needed context to Cloudflare Workers AI. We do not sell data or show ads. Payment screenshots are used only to verify transfers.

You can export all your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. LifeOS is not a medical, psychological or financial service; it does not diagnose or give investment advice. In an emergency contact local services.
